By rgonline6 What is cell phone textingCell phone texting is the sending of an electronic message to another cell phone user by using the keyboad to relay that message instead of the voice. The cell phone age has changed the usage of many words. My genearation used the word text to refer to printed books used in a course of study, a scripture or portion of a written document. Now cell phone use has changed the word text completely. Everybody seem to be talking about texting or recieving a text. However, as popular as texting has become among the younger generation of cell phone users, not everyone know how to use that devise. Some people have their cell phones just to recieve or make their phone calls. They are very modest in their cell phone use. The popularity of cell phone texting Texting cell phone messages are taking place everywhere: on the passenger buses, planes, work places, while people are driving, even in church services some people have no respect for holy things and places, even when they see signs, "All cell phones off." This is now the signs of the time, people love to talk, and they are talking in all forms now. 'We humans will now start to rely less on our mouths and more on our heads and our fingers.'" This statment has become a reality with many people. They cannot resist texting messages. They now talk more with their fingers than mouths. What a world we live in! Cell phone texting and driving While the cell phone has been a welcome communication device in out time, it has broght with it some dangers. Some drivers who text while driving have become a problem to themselves and other road users. Some people do not take their lives seriously and that of others. Texting phone messages in traffic is dangerous, and should be avoided at all cost. It is wise, if you have to text a message while using the road, pull on the side and text your message. Do not put your life and that of other road users in danger over a text message, either recieving or sending. Some countries are putting laws in place to control cell phone texing on the road. One life taken over texting is too much. Let us use that good features of cell phones not to our detrement but to our good. Think of other and not only of self when you are using the road. Lives are precious, a text cell phone message does not worth taking someone's life in the process.
